Dr. Qiusheng Wu was invited by NASA to serve on the Transform to Open Science (TOPS)Community Panel. It is a one-year term. The TOPS program is a new program organized by NASA’s Science Mission Directorate (SMD) with an investment of 40 million over the next five years. One of the goals of the TOPS program is to increase NASA’s capacity for open science by providing more researchers with open science tools.
